Nanjing Deers finished the production and package of 276 UHMWPE pipes, which started production last year. Last year we deliveded 180pcs pipes to clients, and this year we finished the left after confirmation from our client. Now the first batch of UHMWPE pipes is used well in clients’ mining projects. They are satisfied with the performance of our pipes.
Maybe you know more about HDPE pipes than UHMWPE pipes. The full name of the pipe is an ultra-high molecular tube, it owns higher performance compared with HDPE pipes. Our clients used HDPE pipes on their dredging projects previously, but this time they were awarded a large mining project, which make them need to find higher-performance pipes. Finally, they decided to use UHMWPE pipes, which are well known for their better wear resistance and are used widely in various mining projects.
UHMWPE pipes are also very easy to install with CSD and can be worked on the land or on the sea with pipe floats. It always appears in black color with 2pcs flanges on the two ends. In order to ensure good quality, besides inspection by our own QC department, we have also invited BV to do third-party inspections for each shipment of pipes.
