Suez Order Two Types Of HDPE Pipelines ID750/ID850mm

Suez ordered two types of HDPE pipelines, which are ID750mm HDPE pipes with floats and ID850 HDPE pipes with floats.

We are happy to announce our cooperation with the Suez Canal Authority.

Engineers from Suez visited our factory twice in the past 2 months at the beginning and end of production. They performed strict testing on our products and we are very impressed by their commitment. The second inspection is carried out during the Ramadan. They can’t eat and drink in the daytime but still work late with our workers on inspections. We appreciate the guidance and help they gave to us.

Performance of HDPE pipes

Aside from regular dimensional measuring, they conducted water pressure testing and working site simulation testing. The testing pressure of the ID750mm HDPE pipelines reaches 15bar and that of the ID850mm HDPE pipes reaches 22.5bar. They also made material testing including mell mass-flow rate, elongation break, carbon black, density, longitudinal reversion, and oxidation induction time. All testing results meet the standard of ISO4427-2 and our products are of the same quality as products from Europe.

After the strict inspection by Suez, we finished the shipment of their order at the beginning of August. We have great development and improvement in product quality and production technology.
