We are glad to share that our first batch(85pcs) of dredge floating hoses(SG2.0) finished the testing and delivery this week. Before the delivery, water pressure testing, bending testing, tensile testing, buoyancy testing, and visual inspection are made under the supervision of BV in our factory. All the testing results meet our client’s requirement and the dredge floating hoses will be used by the Egyptian Navy soon.

Bending Testing. The minimum bending angle is 130 degrees under the working pressure.
Water Pressure Testing. The testing pressure is 1.5 times working pressure.
