Armored discharge hoses are used for dredging sharp materials that have bigger volume, heavy specific gravity like coarse sand, coral reef, or weathered rock. The hoses have the ring of high abrasion resistance, inner lining of excellent abrasion-resistant performance, and bending resistance. It’s available in diameters up to 1200mm and in various lengths and pressure ranges.
HUTA Marine is also one of our customers who purchased our ID900*L2000mm armored discharge rubber hoses. Tensile testing is up to 96ton and testing pressure also reached to 60 bar. Under the working pressure 30bar, the bending angle of our armored discharge hose is 30 degrees. Engineers from HUTA are satisfied with our testing.
