Work Description: Maintenance dredging Wicomico River, Wicomico County, MD with hydraulic pipeline dredge. Approximately 120,000 cubic yards of silty and sandy material transported and placed in Ellis Bay for beneficial use and wetland restoration.
Work includes placement of coir logs for containment, placement of dredge material, planting of vegetation. Approximately 5-10 acres of wetland will be created using thin layer placement methods on existing marsh (approximately 10,000 cubic yards of material).
