Profile: Execution of dredging works on the Port of Wladyslawowo. 1. The subject of the order is the execution of a task consisting of dredging in the fairway approaching the Port of Wladyslawowo. Planned pre-treatment works will be carried out on a track about 765 mb long, the estimated volume of spoil is about 16,608.16m3. The order requires applications for hydrotechnical construction dredgers in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 1.6.1998 on the technical conditions should correspond to marine hydrotechnical constructions and their location (OJ z 1998 No. 101, item 645). 3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on terms and conditions described in the Contract Model (Annex No. 5 to the ToR)
