Cashman Dredging wins Tampa dredging project

Cashman Dredging & Marine Contracting Co LLC of Quincy, Massachusetts, has been awarded a US$7,365,000 dredging contract for Tampa harbor.

Work includes maintenance dredging 43ft, 41ft, and 34ft projects, Hillsborough Bay. The project will be performed in Tampa, Florida, with an estimated completion date of July 23, 2017.

Fiscal 2016 and 2015 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of US$7,365,000 were obligated at the time of the award. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (W912EP-16-C-0014).
