Delivery of ID500 floating dredging hoses and armored discharge hoses

2016/07/26 ID500 self-floating hoses and armored discharge rubber hoses finished the delivery last weekend. We are glad that our rubber hoses are accepted by our client in a new market area. Working pressure of the floating rubber hoses is 10bar and the bursting pressure as the customer’s requirement is 30bar. And the transport medium of this armored discharge rubber hose will be the rocks. Armored rubber hoses have more wear resistant than the normal rubber hoses and usually the transport medium of our armored rubber hoses can be coarse sands, coral reefs or weathered rocks.

ID900*L3000mm Discharge Rubber Dredging Hose

2017/07/15 Glad to share with you that this week we finished the production of our ID900*L3000mm discharge rubber dredging hoses in our factory. Working pressure of the discharge hose is 25bar and bursting pressure is 75bar as the customer’s requirements. Nowadays, the max inner diameter of the rubber hoses we can manufacture is up to 1300mm and the length of rubber hoses can be manufactured according to the customer’s request.

First batch of dredge floating hoses finished the delivery this week
