This time, our factory workers manufactured those hoses by using stringent and meticulous production methods, after which they are put through rigorous pre- and post-production tests and quality checks to ensure that the finished goods conform to the highest standards. The inspection of those hoses was carried out in the presence of BV inspectors. The Working pressure of the hose is 20bar. All testing results met our client’s requirements. Before delivery, they were finely packaged.

Self-floating hoses, equipped with PE foam body, are suitable for the harshest sea or mining conditions. Compared with other common rubber hoses, self-floating hoses can work on the water with buoyancy and adjust to the buoyance of dredged material.
