Nanjing Deers Deliverd ID500*L22000mm Dredger Discharge Hoses To Malaysia

Last week, our ID500*L2200mm Dredger Discharge Hoses were delivered to Malaysia. Our Dredger Discharge Hoses are tested and inspected by BV and our clients.

Tests of discharge hose

The first step, Measure test. Our client chose two discharge hoses randomly. And all the size met the requirements.

Second step—Bending Test. our discharge rubber hose can reach 30 degrees under the 10bar working pressure

Third step–Water Pressure testing. The testing pressure of our discharge hose can reach 15 bar.

And under the 15bar water pressure after 5 minutes, our discharge hose is no leakage and strange behavior has been observed.
